Bathinda Poem Recitation Akal Academy schools provides their students many opportunities to hone their talent and develop a variety of skills.  The school curriculum and activity calendar is planned to encourage extensive participation of students in various competition throughout the year. An Inter-House Hindi Poetry Recitation Competition was held for students. Children recited the selected poems with enthusiasm and fervor, displaying confidence and skill. The competition was judged on the basis of creativity, pronunciation, overall presentation and speech clarity. Principal applauded the effort of the performers. All in all, it was a great learning experience for all!

I have been really lucky to find a generous and kind person like you, Amandeep Uncle, who has been kind enough to pay the education expenses for me.  My father, being a Granthi Singh, is earning such a small amount that it is difficult to meet the day to day expenses. Education, till the time I got your support, seemed to me a dream un-attainable.  I was admitted in Akal Academy under free education scheme for Granthi Singh's kids but Academy can not bear the expenses of all the kids enrolled under this scheme, since several kids are enrolled to provide education. Your support has come to me like a boon. Now everything looks bright.

Today I watch many children smiling after they were supported to go to school by some angels sent by God.  Yashika Singh too is the one among those smiles. It is such a moment of absolute happiness when he picks up his bag to follow his route to the school in the morning. All his environment today seems shining like gold, after a long period of darkness he had faced earlier. Hisr father who earns 48,000 per annum and he is the sole bread earner in the family. His father who tried a lot to send Yashika to school. Despite, all his efforts it was tough for him to manage the fees, hence he couldn’t. The ten year old was very upset of the fact, perhaps school life was only in his dreams. Something very special happened that changed the entire life of Yashika into the one he had always dreamed of.
